Shipping policy
ORDERS
Orders placed before 3pm to be dispatched the same day, unless placed during seasonal periods or sale days where volumes increase, orders can take between 3-5 days to be dispatched.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
E.g. an order placed on Tuesday at 4pm will be dispatched on Wednesday and an order placed on Friday at 4pm will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Orders and payments cannot be taken over the phone.

Orders up to £49.99 will be charged £5.00 for delivery.
Orders over £50.00 will receive free delivery.
Additional charges and longer delivery times may be experienced for non-UK mainland* addresses.

You can keep track of your parcel with the courier. Use your tracking details on either Royal Mail or DPD.

Cancelling an order: Once dispatched and confirmation email sent, orders cannot be cancelled. Please follow our returns process
